4. Editorial independence

Listings on Alma Studies are sourced from public registries and are not influenced by sponsors, pharmaceutical companies, or research centers. We do not accept compensation to prioritize or feature specific studies.

5. Patient data

By submitting the interest form you consent to the storage and processing of your information for clinical trial eligibility review, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Information accuracy

Trial data is obtained from public clinical research registries. Although we aim to keep information current, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Please verify details directly with the research center responsible for each study.

7. Intellectual property

All original content on Alma Studies — including text, design, logos, and source code — is the property of BioAlma (DMBranco, Inc.) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioAlma (DMBranco, Inc.) will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including any medical decisions made based on information presented here.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. For users in California, additional CCPA protections apply where applicable.
